Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
Raw Studios ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Raw Studios website, our mobile applications including Countd and LeanLog, and Annuvo, our advertising and lead-management service for local businesses (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Our apps are designed to be privacy-first. Most data you create in our apps — events, countdowns, logs, protocols, weight entries, and preferences — is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
We may collect the following limited information:
- Contact information you submit to us: If you complete a form on our website, a lead form on one of our social media pages, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, mobile phone number, email address, business name, and a description of what you are looking for.
- Mobile phone number and messaging consent: If you provide your mobile number and affirmatively consent to be contacted by text message, we store your number, the record of your consent, the date and time it was given, and the messages exchanged between us.
- Purchase information: When you subscribe to a paid app plan, Apple processes your payment. We receive a receipt to verify your subscription status via RevenueCat, our subscription management provider. We never receive or store your payment card details.
- Anonymous usage analytics: We may collect anonymous crash reports and app performance data to improve reliability. This data cannot be used to identify you.
- Support correspondence: If you contact us via email, we will retain that email and your message to respond.
2. How We Use Information
We use the limited information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry by text message, phone call, or email, and schedule an appointment or consultation with you
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services you requested
- Verify active subscriptions and restore purchases
- Diagnose crashes and improve app stability
- Comply with legal obligations and maintain records of messaging consent
3. SMS and Mobile Messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services — such as our messaging carrier or customer support platform — is permitted solely so that we can deliver the messages you asked to receive. Those providers are contractually prohibited from using your mobile information for their own purposes.
How you opt in. We send text messages only to individuals who have affirmatively opted in by checking a consent box on one of our forms or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
What we send. Messages relate to the inquiry you submitted: confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, answers to your questions, and service updates about work we are doing for you.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.
How you opt out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation message and will not contact you by text again unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email us at outreach@rawstudios.info.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Terms of Use for the full messaging terms.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the Services:
- Twilio, our messaging provider, to deliver and receive the text messages you consented to
- Meta Platforms, where you submitted a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, subject to Meta's own privacy policy
- Our scheduling, CRM, and email providers, to book appointments and respond to you
- Apple, for payment processing and App Store services
- RevenueCat, for subscription management
- Crash reporting providers, to capture anonymous crash logs
We may also disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Raw Studios or others.
5. Data Retention
Locally stored app data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Contact and messaging records are retained for as long as needed to provide the Services and to evidence your messaging consent, and are deleted on request except where we are required to keep them. Subscription records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Because most app data is stored on your device, you can delete it at any time from within the app or by uninstalling it. To request deletion of your contact or messaging records, or to make any other request, contact us at the email below and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Contact
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at outreach@rawstudios.info.
